A book filled with invoices pasted to the pages, chiefly addressed to Roos Manufacturing Company, Walkerton, Ontario, 1881-1882. Includes invoices from businesses in Montreal, Toronto, Hamilton, Brantford, Berlin, Galt and Neustadt. A piece of Roos Manufacturing Letterhead indicates the location "Galt," which is crossed out and replaced by a stamped "Walkerton." It also indicates "Handmade Boots & Shoes, Roos Patent Buckle Plough Boot and Front & Back Seam, Tongue Boot (Design registered) and other special lines." The first invoice in the book is addressed to H.R. Sharp (insurance, loan and real estate agent) from William Adamson and Jacob Wagner, Walkerton (brickmakers). Names incl
