A lined notebook with minutes from meetings held by the Burgoyne Young Peoples Society (YPS) for the years 1927-28, 1928-29, 1929-30 and 1930-31. Contains handwritten records of social activities, decisions made, and motions passed. Names of committee members are listed throughout the book. Meetings appear to be held between mid-fall and spring.

Two copies of a booklet about the history of U.S.S. No. 7 Saugeen & Arran for the 90th Reunion of the schoolhouse held August 4, 1963. Schoolhouse was often referred to as the Gowanlock School. Booklet describes the first school, the visitors' book (1874-1897), names on the first register (1892), a list of teachers, board of trustees, inspectors, graduates, improvements, salaries and prices, sports and entertainment, competitions and projects and the school in 1963.
