This photograph is part of Series 1, File 45 of the Robert Digby Belcher fonds. It features a brick home in which the Belcher family lived at 268 Wellington St. [by 2013, known as 268 Spence Street], opposite Belcher Lane. On the reverse, "Lt. Col. A.E. Belcher, age 81, Toronto" has inscribed a poem about the home, along with "Picture taken 20 years ago." A man is standing with a girl to the side of the house and a woman is seated in a chair next to a child seated on the grass near the front of the house.
