Description

This certificate is printed on grey paper and has a blue decorative border that incorporated the Ontario crest in the four corners and at the top. In the bottom left corner there is a gold embossed seal.

This certificate was presented to Albemarle Township Council on the grand opening of the new Municipal Administrative Building on March 3, 1995 by Bill Murdoch, the Member of Provincial Parliament for the Grey- Owen Sound area.

This item was collected by the Albemarle Township Historical Society in the course of its research and writing related to the creation the book "Albemarle: a History of the Township" published in 1991.
