Southampton 125 anniversary program containing information about the Southampton sundial and the unveiling ceremony. Program contains the individuals present, information about sundials and the time capsule which is in the pedestal holding up the sundial. Also lists the individuals and companies who contributed to the construction of the sundial including T&W Enterprises, Seaman & Sons, A.B. Eagles, E.C. King, Construction Supply and Rental, 125th Anniversary Committee, and the Corporation of the Town of Southampton. Also lists that Douglas Kreutzweiser as the Reeve of Southampton, Wm. Bowden and A.C. Knechtel as municipal Councilors, and Kater Matheson as the 125th Anniversary King. The sundial is located infront of the Bruce County Public Library Southampton Branch, also known as the Etta Shields Memorial Library. |
