This survey map is titled "Map of the Township of Saugeen, with parts of adjoining Townships of Arran, Elderslie and Greenock." It was surveyed and drawn by Alexander Vidal in 1851. The area shown on this map ranges from the Town of Southampton in the northwest to the Township of Greenock in the southeast. Part of Lake Huron and the Saugeen River are shown on this map. Included on this map are the concession and lot numbers, a note section, acres, and the acreage for each Township surveyed, as well as the overall acreage for the total area surveyed.
