Description

This personal account book and journal was created by William John Graham who farmed in Arran Township on Concession 2, Lot 21.

The majority of the book consists of lists of farm-related revenue and expenses from 1900 to 1916.

It also contains:
- list entitled "amount of rope made", 1904-1908;
- list of loans given and taken, 1900-1910
- journal of farming activities, such as threshing, taking wheat to Tara Mill, haying, elections, and hiring help;
- list of deaths from 1910 to 1919
- "cure for ringworm in cattle"
- "boot bill from Oct 2nd 1905"
