Address to Magistrate's Conference is provided as an example. -001: A 6-page speech on training schools presented at a conference in 1950. The speech discusses the treatment of juvenile delinquency offered by training schools. -002: A 6-page end of school year speech given to boys at Manitoba Home on June 17, 1958. -003: A 10-page speech titled The Adult Offender - Treatment given on April 11, 1961 to Manitoba School.
