Great Lakes Water Levels Task Force 1988 [parts a & b] Part A: Includes the findings and other study documents regarding the request by the Governments of Canada and the United States, pursuant to Article IX of the Boundary Waters Treaty of 1909, that the International Joint Commission examine and report upon methods of alleviating the adverse consequences of fluctuating water levers in the Great Lakes - St. Lawrence River Basin.
