A booklet entitled "Notes on Map Reading", issued by The War Office to P.R. Brydges in WWII. The booklet was intended to instruct personnel in the Army and Royal Air Force on proper map use. Booklet includes several fold-out maps. |
Provenance |
Booklet was given by the Canadian War Office to P.R. Brydges, of Saugeen Township, who was a radar operator stationed in England, Italy and Tunisia during WWII. It was passed through family members until its donation to the Museum in 2012. |
