This ledger book has a blue cover that reads "Monthly Time Book" printed in blue ink and above "Ledger Book for Entertainment Committee of Local 1740 I. A. of M." handwritten in black.

Inside the pages contain lists of expenses for different events that were played dated between February 1945 and January 1947.

The first portion of the ledger dated between February and May 1945 pertains to the dances held at the Dundas Music Hall. [Harold Button's wife was on the committee]. The ledger also contains names and Dundas addresses of the committee members.

Beginning November 1948 the book has been divided into multiple columns. Along the left side is a list of locations played and across the top is a list of expenses including wages, millage, phone, music, and music stands.
