Series 5 of sous-fonds 4 (Mildmay records) of the Municipality of South Bruce fonds, consists of records pertaining to development and planning services for the former village of Mildmay.

This series currently consists of the following items:
- A 1986 message to property owners from Reeve Keith Campbell regarding taxes and local development.
- A photocopy of a hand-written document titled "Capital Projects Completed in Mildmay During 1980's."
- Planning Advisory Committee minutes, memos, reports and notes for 1995.
- Carrick Township Boundary Road (Bruce Road 28) plan.
- A photocopy of a book chapter titled "An Act to incorporate the Village of Mildmay."
- Mildmay Hydro Electric System (MHES) utility service area extension documents.
- 1996 amalgamation proposal of the Village of Mildmay and the Township of Carrick.
- Correspondence to and from the Village of Mildmay (and other communities in the Bruce County) concerning restructuring and amalgamation of municipalities in Bruce County.
- Amalgamation/Transition Board Committee minutes.
