This folder contains two Crown Sale Grants given to the Town of Port Elgin as follows:

(a) To the Corporation of the Town of Port Elgin, being Land and Land Under Water, "being composed of land accreted and the land under the waters [of part?] of Lake Huron" opposite parts of lots 40 and 41, Lake Range, Township of Saugeen - 5 9/10 acres.

(b) To the Corporation of the Village of Port Elgin
Accreted land in front of lots 40 and part of 39 Lake Range of the said Township of Saugeen - 5 4/10 acres.
