This scrapbook consists of flyers, correspondence, planning notes, volunteer lists, media releases, newspaper clippings and photographs concerning the White Cloud Chapter I.O.D.E. annual Tour of Homes / Home Tours for 1997-1999, 2001, 2003 and 2005. It was compiled by a member of the executive of the Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire White Cloud Chapter, Wiarton. A few posters for other events are included, such as the Strawberry Fair. Some historical information about the houses on the tours is included, such as: 1998: Anchor Inn (Charles Cooper Jones); John Macauley home, John Jones home, Dawe home, James McDonough home, Carl Whicher home, Stoney Croft, the Parke home, James Paterson home. 1999: James McDonough Home, Stonycroft, Carver Home, John Maccauley home, Parke home, Timber Frame Structure Island View Drive 2003: Stony Acres, 708 McNaughton St., 501413 Grey Rd. 26, Regal Point Elk Farm, 462197 Concession 24. 2005: Gadd-About, Buckland homestead, Kuhlman, Miller, Shirley, Krampien. |

The items within this fonds were created and/or collected by various members of the Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire, White Cloud Chapter, Wiarton, over the years. Members provided them to Heide Arnold as the Chapter's Archivist. She kept them in her home until the club disbanded in 2012. |
