A collection of 18 original illustrations (camera ready line drawings), created by Kristina Maus, that were published in the book "The Farmer Takes a Wife : a study by Concerned Farm Women," by Gisele Ireland, 1983. These drawings were developed from images that Kristina had created for use in public presentations of the results of the Concerned Farm Women survey of farm women in Bruce and Grey Counties. Includes presentation poster consisting of the illustration pages cut from the book. These drawings include statistics concerning farms, commodities, women and farm work, off-farm work and household work.. |
