In addition to the event name and dates, the cover shows the crest of the Town of Kincardine, and has the words "Will You No Come Back Again?". Inside is a letter of invitation to the event, beginning "Dear Friends", and signed, "sincerely yours, Douglas L. Young, Mayor" |
