These negatives were part of a collection of over 20,000 images captured by teacher and photographer J. Lindsay Thornburn from 1950-1983. They were originally housed in an envelope, along with items .2337-.2339 with handwritten title "Curling Bonspiel Window 1954 / V McKenzie Rink 1953" in a container bearing a date of 1950-1957. |
