This post card features a view of the exterior front and side of Wiarton High School. On the front of the card below the image, a typewritten message in purple ink indicates: "It hasn't arrived as yet. When?" and it is handsigned "Jack". On the reverse, it is addressed to Miss Bess. J. Currie, Southampton, Ont. It is postmarked twice with Wiarton ONT. OC 23 1906 and Southampton ONT. OC 26 1906. This item is part of the Krug family fonds, series 4, file 2 (Historical records and research - Bruce County postcards). |

This postcard was part of the collection of Bruce Arthur Krug. Following his death on May 21, 2013, his Estate sold his postcards at a series of sales in 2013. The Bruce County Historical Society purchased over 1,500 postcards at the auction, including this card, for donation to the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre. |
