[between 1874 and 1902] |
Description |
Photograph featuring two small children playing on the beach in Kincardine. There is a girl sitting just right of centre. The other child (looks to be a girl as well) is to the left of the picture and is bent down picking something up. The second child is much smaller than the first. The beach is very rocky. The pier and range light are visible in the background. The lake is a little rough, with a few waves breaking on shore. The range light is the original wooden structure which was destroyed by fire and replaced in 1902 |
