Description |
One ribbon bar. Bar is rectangular in shape and is covered with three military medal ribbons. The one of the left represents that Defence Medal, the one in the centre the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and the one on the right is the 1939-1945 Medal. On the back is a pin mechanism. The first ribbon is light green with two thin black stripes along the outside and one wide orange stripe down the centre. The middle ribbon has a dark blue centre, with two scarlet stripes beside it, and two green stripes on the outside. In the centre is a maple leaf representing the bar for this medal. The third ribbon has seven stripes. The outside stripes are red, followed by two blue stripes, followed by two thin white stripes. In the centre is a thin red stripe. |
