Description |
A black metal stamp/seal with a base, circular stamp area and lever to press down. The base is rectangular in shape and the main shape of the stamp looks like a lion head. The mouth of the lion is where the stamp in moved up and down to press the stamp/seal. The lever that moves the stamp up and down is located at the top of the curved area which looks like it comes out of the lion's head. The lever is riveted into the sides. The stamp/seal is circular in shape and when pressed on a piece of paper it reads "Pride of Bruce R. B. P. No. 1130 Lion's Head, Ont.". The inside circle area has an image of an 'X' with leaves or flames coming from the top and reads below "Instituted September 20 1924". |
