Description |
Set of four music box disks for use with organette. Disks are round in shape and made of thin metal. Surface of disks are perforated from the obverse side creating a bumpy texture on the reverse. All have "REGINA" stamped across top with a decorative trademark with a lyre design and "REGINA TRADEMARK" on the left side. Composition title, composer, and number stamped on left side. Part A: "ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON SONG TILZER 407" and "U.S. PATENTS Dated, Dec. 17, 1889. " June 27, 1893" at bottom. Part B: STARS A[ND] STRIPES FOREVER MARCH 30 USA 234 ...PERMISSION...CHURCH...." and "U.S. PATENTS Dated, Dec. 17, 1889. " June 27, 1893" across bottom (very worn, some words missing). Part C: "HE LAID AWAY A SUIT OF GRAY TO WEAR THE UNION BLUE SONG-MA...JENSEN 404" "U.S. PATENTS Dated, Dec. 17, 1889. " June 27, 1893" across bottom. Part D: "ROSES FROM THE SOUTH. WALTZ.
