Description |
A set of dog tags on a silver coloured chain. Tag (a) is round and a reddish-brown colour with "C11685 OFFICER JA REYNOLDS CE RCAF" stamped into tag. Tag (b) is octagon shaped in a dark brown colour with "C11685 OFFICER JA REYNOLDS CE RCAF" stamped into tag. (c) is silver and connects the tags together. There is a hook clasp at the end of the chain. |

The dog tag belonged to John Arthur Reynolds. He served in the RCAF for 4 and a half years. Overseas, he was an intelligence officer with #6 Bomber Group and flew Halifax and Lancaster bombers. He married Mary Iva Reta Conly in Kincardine on June 10, 1925. |
