Description |
One small metal purse with bottom fringe. The purse is made from a metal netting on the outer layer in two tones. The top area is a lighter gold colour and has a darker bottom edge with same coloured fringe. The top of the purse has a two ball clasp in the centre. It has a chain link style handle that connects to two loops on either side of the metal brace. Inside there is a cotton lining similar to a pocket. |

The purse was part of the wedding attire worn by Laura Farr of Brant Township on her wedding day. She married Edward Hopkins on April 24, 1913. |
