Description |
One Polaroid Land Camera Model 80 with box and instruction manual. Body of camera is roughly rectangular in shape and is made of grey plastic and metal. Attached to the top is a dark leather handle. Front of body hinges open and lens pulls out. Lens is metal and glass and round in shape. It connects with body of camera by black bellows. Back of body hinges open to a square compartment. Within the compantment in white font are the partuclars of the camera including patent numbers. The camera box consists of two parts - the lid and bottom. Box is great coloured cardboard with white and red font. Lid is missing a side flap. Underside of lid is red plaid with white font and has "Highlander". The instruction manual is made of paper and is rectangular in shape. |

The Polaroid Land Camera Model 80 was known as the Highlander and was produced between 1954 and 1957. This one was owned by C. Alan Hobley, and camera enthusiast who ran the pharmacy in Walkerton between 1928 and 1965. |
