Description |
One silver cup trophy from the 1928 Royal Winter Fair. Cup is tall and round, gradually tapering to a short stem and flared base. The base of the silver cup is attached to a round, wooden pedestal-style trophy base. The cup has thin silver handles on either side. Engraved on one side of the cup is the inscription: "HON. GEO. S. HENRY SWEEPSTAKE PRIZE FOR CREAMERY BUTTER - ROYAL WINTER FAIR - 1928". Engraved on the other side of the cup is the inscription: "1928 WON BY PAISLEY CREAMERY - PAISLEY ONT. - JOHN A. LOGIE PROP." |
