Description |
Tunic is made from cotton and is a dark navy clue colour. Front of tunic has a zipper that goes partway up front. Above zipper are two blue ribbons. Insides of tunic have a pocket on each side with a black plastic button to close pockets. Proper left pocket has a sewn on white square label that reads "COPPLEY, NOYES & RANDALL JUMPERS, UNIFORM BLUE 1952 SIZE NO. 12 HEIGHT 5'8" TO 5'10" BREAST 36". On shoulders are two navy blue patches with "CANADA" in bronze stitching. Rear of tunic below neck has a long flap that has white text stenciled on it "E, WAHRBICKLER 30094-H". |

The tunic belonged to Ed Wahrbickler who served for nine months in the Royal Canadian Navy. He enlisted in Hamilton at the HMCS Star. |
