Description |
One metal whitewash pump. Pump had metal foot rest, which is L-shaped and attached to the main body of the pump. The main body consists of two cylindars - one attaches to the pump handle, which the other is attached to a rubber hose. The pump is stamped with "Canada Patents Nov. 6 and March 19, 1895, No. 518 made by F.E. Myers and Bros. Ashland, OH." |

The pump was used by Donald "Don the Lord" MacDonald of Southampton for the first white washing of Chantry Island Lighthouse. |
