Description |
One sampler. Sampler is rectangular in shape and is done in white linen. Using fine embroidery floss is an image of a shepherd with five sheep in a field with a stream. Three sheep are drinking from the stream. In the background are rolling hills and palm trees. Flowers of red, pink, yellow and blue are throughout the field. At the bottom in brown cross-stitch is "THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD I SHALL NOT WANT". Sampler is mounted to a thick brown paper backing. |
