Description |
A clear glass urine specimen bottle. The bottle has a circular base that narrows in towards the neck. There is a small spot along the top rim. There is text on the front of the bottle that is raised from the glass that reads "Urine Specimen Bottle". There is also raised text on the reverse side that reads "Oz - 6 - 180CC/5 - 150/4-120/3-90/2/60/1-30". The bottom of the bottle also has raised text that reads "Professional Specialties Co". There is a white paper label adhered to the glass near the top rim that has ESBE Laboratory Supplies with a section to write name, date, hospital # and room #. There is handwritten text on the bottle that reads "A.R. Riddell". |
