Description |
A tall vertical shaped linen sampler. The sampler has green and red thread/yarn with the alphabet repeated as a pattern. The second last rows also have numbers from 1 to 22. The centre has red text that reads "Flora MacGregor/9/1818" with two rows of initials after. The bottom has various images of a tree in the centre, birds and a black cat. The sampler is not supported on any backing. |

The sampler was found in Artifact Storage unnumbered and could not be matched to any records. The sampler was made by Flora MacGregor at the age of 9 in 1818. |
