John A. Logie was the Proprietor of the Paisley Creamery from 1908-1945. He served in municipal politics by being elected to council and served two periods as Reeve from 1930-1935, and 1938-1941. We was elected Warden of Bruce County 1941. John was also a member of the Knox Church and sang in the choir. During his time with the church he served as the Superintendant of the Sunday School. He was also a member of the Ahiram IOOF and Aldworth Masonic Lodge. He was well known for being involved with community groups and was a member of the Paisley Rotary Club. |
